If you have an iPhone that is stuck on a black screen during the restore from backup process, don’t worry – you can still fix it!
First, try restarting your iPhone. If that doesn’t work, try force restarting it. If that still doesn’t work, connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes.
If iTunes recognizes your iPhone, click the “Restore iPhone” button. If iTunes doesn’t recognize your iPhone, you’ll need to put your iPhone into Recovery Mode.
