There are a few ways to back up your Verizon phone. You can back up your contacts, photos, and videos using Verizon’s cloud service, or you can back up your entire phone using a third-party app.
To back up your contacts using Verizon’s cloud service, open the Contacts app and tap the menu icon. Tap “More,” then tap “Export.” Select “Verizon Cloud” and tap “Export.” Your contacts will be backed up to Verizon’s cloud service.
